As manager of the festival I, as do the other members of the festival committee, feel it is important that members of the puppetry community in Bulgaria have an opportunity to see what some of puppeteers from other parts of the world are doing in this very special art form. It is equally as important that the puppeteers from other countries that may be attending, to meet with folks who share the same passion for puppetry.
